WHEN YOU CONTACT ME FOR COMMISSION WORK, I WILL ASSUME YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.WORK SCHEDULE:
You acknowledge that I am working full-time and that time may vary with commission work. I can only work on commissions on my free time but you are more than welcome to contact me for inquires.RUSH WORK & DEADLINES:
You agree that with if or any deadlines given, the time given must be reasonable, and you are to pay an extra fee if I am to finish something within a very short period of time than my usual schedule progress.PAYMENT:
I will only charge the first half of the commission price once you approve of the sketch (which will be heavily watermarked). If you are having trouble with paying, we can discuss payment in installments. Once I am done, I will send you a watermarked version of the finished piece.Non-fungible tokens (NFTs):
You agree that my art will only be for personal use, and to NOT be sold and/or minted as NFTs. You also agree and understand that this commission will be paid in USD through Paypal/Ko-fi, not with any form of cryptocurrency. You agree that upon attempting to do such things, your commission will be immediately cancelled, and you will lose personal usage rights over my art.TRANSPARENCY:
I will try my best to update you on the progress of your commission. It is my responsibility to let you know the state of your commission and to let you know if I cannot start right away. You will not pay for something you have not seen yetUSAGE RIGHTS / PRIVACY:
I retain full ownership and rights to the art and can use it for public posting (social media) or to exhibit my works, unless you state otherwise. However, I will not post the original and high res file. (Only the low res, watermarked version)CANCELLING:
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission. You also reserve the right to cancel a commission.STANDARD REFUND POLICY:
No refunds at the moment.DELIVERABLES:
AFTER you've paid the final commission fee I will provide you the commission piece in Digital Form, that will be sent to you via email in .PNG format, . Before paying the final commission fee, I will send you a heavily watermarked preview.ARTIST'S COMMERCIAL RIGHTS:
Commissioning me for something that will be used for commercial purposes would require a contract from the commissioner that both parties need to sign, for both our protection.
